SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please allow between 5-7 days for your order to arrive. If more than 10  days have passed please email us to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

 
DAMAGES & EASY RETURNS

MISSY O's  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
